Lynette Rue is an Enrolled Agent and financial strategist with more than 30 years of experience in advanced taxation, financial oversight, and CFO-level advisory. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a minor in Business Administration and is authorized to practice before the IRS.
Lynette founded Accounting and Tax Pros, Inc. (ATPROS) in 2002 after recognizing a gap her clients consistently faced — they needed more than a tax preparer. They needed someone who could read the numbers, identify where money was being lost, and help them make smarter decisions. Today she works with specialty trade contractors, real estate investors, and closely held businesses across complex multi-state engagements.
Her work spans the full financial lifecycle: tax strategy and compliance, job costing, cash flow forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, and internal controls. For real estate clients, she specializes in cost segregation, depreciation strategy, 1031 exchanges, and portfolio-level planning. For trade contractors, she focuses on labor efficiency, overhead allocation, contract profitability, and the financial systems needed to scale with confidence.
Outside of the office, Lynette enjoys traveling, gardening, painting, hiking, and spending time with her family.
